Shipping Policy

Currently we only ship within the United States.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and should arrive within 3-7 business days of purchase excluding holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We do our best to update our inventory, however, if an item is still out of stock, you may contact us via email for more information and updates.

Please be sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook where we will always let you know the minute a product comes back into stock.

Glow Apothecary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have reached their final destination.

Returns and Exchanges

Any unopened and unused skincare, makeup and body products may be returned within 21 days of purchase date for an exchange or store credit.

We are unable to accept returns on any of the following items:

• Supplements
• Pantry
• Tools
• Makeup brushes
• Dry Brushes
• Gua Shas
• Novelties

Please contact us via email to return your items and we will issue you a shipping label.

All of our products are plant-based with the exception of our marine collagen items.

We carry a large selection of organic products, however, if they are not certified organic, they are 100% natural or wild-derived and never come in contact with toxins or pesticides.

Yes, we only sell products that have our same moral and ethical views towards animal testing. All of our products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
