AURA Liquid Marine Collagen is a liquid-elixir formulated with 4,500mg of wild-caught marine collagen to support collagen formation to rejuvenate skin, hair, nails and support joints. With essences of coconut, our infused flavour profiles are a gentle balance of subtle and sweet, so that they can be enjoyed in the water, coconut water, almond milk, smoothies, coffee, or paired with other supplements, like AURA’s restorative powders.
Why Do We Need Collagen?
Our bodies naturally produce collagen, that's why it's made up of non-essential amino acids (our body produces them). As we start to age, around the age 25, our bodies production of collagen generating amino acids slows, and we lose about 1% of our collagen per year, which is why we can start to feel the effects of aging in our skin, hair, joints, and nails. AURA uses marine collagen because it is purest and most bio-available source of collagen that has superior absorption (1.5 times more bovine). As Type I collagen (that makes up 90% of our bodies collagen), it has the highest amount of non-essential amino acids glycine, proline, hydroxyproline that form our collagen formation – these amino acids are what gives you beautiful and healthy skin, hair, and nails.

HOW TO USE:
